2 All shipping costs are non-refundable
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused
3 Lost or stolen package
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whatever courier service was used. Girls Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We only use reliable shipping partners and provide you with tracking codes (which you will receive via email after your order has been sent out) to ensure your order gets to you safely. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll check its location. Do not worry -- if an order does get lost in transit, we will of course reship it or provide you with a refund.
Please, always double check the shipping address you provide us with when ordering. We can unfortunately not refund you for parcels lost due to wrongly entered details.
4 About Tax
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, VIVIS cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
